Dental Bonding

What You Should Know about Dental Bonding
Dental bonding is one of the quickest, easiest ways to drastically improve the appearance of your smile. The procedure involves our dentists applying a bonding material to the surface of your existing natural teeth, then using a specially designed light to harden the material. It’s that simple! The process may be easy, but the results of this incredibly simple procedure are truly astonishing!

Important Reminders about Dental Bonding
Although it’s true that dental bonding can produce an absolutely beautiful smile, it does have some limitations that you should be aware of when deciding whether or not this dental service is right for you. The bonding material itself doesn’t last forever and needs to be replaced every few years. Teeth that have been bonded can still be stained by certain foods, drinks and habits – like smoking or drinking too much coffee or red wine, for example. Bonding material can also be damaged, so you should avoid chewing anything hard, such as ice or hard candy.
