Meet The Team

Dentist-Owner
Dr. Emily Conley
Dr. Conley was born and raised in El Paso Texas. From an early age, she was surrounded by several health professionals in her family who played a large role in her love for helping others. Her appreciation and love for dentistry came from her first hand experience as a patient of exceptional dental professionals who helped restore her smile. Dr. Conley was drawn to dentistry because it combines an element of both art and science to enhance and treat many dental conditions.
After graduating with a degree in Microbiology, Dr. Conley attended the top ranked UT Health Science Center in San Antonio for dental school. Upon completion of her dental degree, she was accepted to an Advanced General Dentistry program where she earned her IV sedation certification and received extensive training on comprehensive general dentistry and implant placement.
Community outreach is her passion and she has had the privilege to help people in underserved areas both in the US and abroad. Dr. Conley believes there is no greater joy than serving those in need. She has witnessed firsthand how compassion and relieving patients of pain can change a persons’ life.

Dr. Kaveh Azarnoush
I was born and spent a good amount of my childhood in Iran and then moved to Cypress Greece. My parents wanted to ensure my siblings and I had the best educational opportunities, so we moved to Arlington Texas whenI was 13. We then moved to Austin Texas where I graduated from McNeil High School and went on to attend UT Austin. I got interested in dentistry by observing a local dentist and an orthodontist. I really enjoyed the patient interaction as well as the art and science behind the field. Dentistry has truly become my passion and I strive every day to ensure patients get the best care possible.
I enjoy participating in study clubs and taking continuing education classes. In my spare time I enjoy working out, riding my bike and playing an occasional video game. If I had to pick a second career, I would love to be a pilot, as airplanes and flying them fascinate me. My parents live in Round Rock, just down the road from Mosaic Dentistry! My sister is currently a pharmacy student at UT Austin Pharmacy School and my brother will be graduating dental school this May and will attend a residency program in Periodontics. I am honored to be your dentist and look forward to meeting each and every one of you!
